The Trump/Starmer press conference yesterday was fucking priceless.

Never felt so conflicted watching something like that. On the one hand, well it's Trump bladewave
On the other hand, he had spineless Starmer looking like he wanted the chair to swallow him up Big Laugh

You might need to hunt for the best bits. BBC coverage has been somewhat selective in Starmer's favour Rolleyes

^ Getting a lift with Trump to his private golfclub. Sitting there, looking embarrased, whilst Trump dictates the narrative. Letting him slag off the Mayor of London, who by coincidence in a Labour Mayor. He just looked like one of Trump's minions.

Message to all leaders of the free world (that doesn't include the UK any more). Don't do press questions and answers with him, he just goes off script and follows his own agenda .

But, being made a fool out of by Trump is not exclusive to Starmer, the Japanese government and the EU have both been screwed over by crap trade deals with Trump. Basically, America is scamming all of its allies for every penny they can get while not doing a single thing to actually improve their own economy in the hope that they can get China and their BRICS allies back in their box by scamming.

Well yes. But how many of them did a press conference with Trump, on home ground, and were made to look like his pet poodle on live tv... Rolleyes

My favourite bit of the whole thing was when he said he never had the privilege of going to Epstein Island. The man is just comedy gold

I have to say that whatever happens in the Autumn Budget, Starmer will eventually face the fact that he has to swing the axe on Reeves as Chancellor before the end of this year. And if he does I feel it will take a brave man or woman to step into those shoes and steer the economy in a far better direction. I will not be surprised as a result of the budget, it ends up with businesses cutting staff, and retail closing more stores and at a rate faster as a result.
