They have one common opponent, Raphael Zumbano Love, who Joshua beat far more convincingly than Martin did, I watched the Martin fight on YouTube and I wasn't impressed by him, he carries his hands low which should make him pretty open to some big head shots by Joshua. That's what I hope anyway.

Only the third reigning Olympic champion in history to win a pro HW title - that has to be something to be proud of

And just thinking about that now, how different the HW division could have looked if Teofilio Stevenson ever turned pro

AJ should wait a year before taking on Fury or Haye

Well done to AJ, Martin was probably one of the worst heavyweight champions in the last 30 years but Joshua still had to get the job done. I agree he needs more experience before he fights Fury, Haye, Wilder or Povitkin, he needs to get a little more experience with a couple of defences against some slightly easier opposition first.

Fury fought the best,
Joshua fights the rest...

I wonder how true is the tweet from Fury saying he'll retire following his re- match with Klitschko?

And is Amir Khan REALLY serious about switching to MMA?

RE: Boxing Chat & Discussion - lovebabes56 - 05-05-2016 04:19

With Amir Khan fighting Saul Alvarez early hours Sunday (Khan's 1st world title shot for four years (and moving up two weight divisions to do so), and Khan saying he'll give Alvarez a boxing lesson, I reckon Khan's shot will come to an end in 7 or 8 rounds as I think Alvarez has too much skill for him

I really hope for his own good that he's not serious.
