Some poor service last night I have to report.
Twice I got through to speak to Michelle and twice I was met with silence.
The reason for this? The phone was next to MIchelle on the sofa and she was busy talking to people off screen.
Will I be calling back?

^^^ To be honest, I think you were probably unlucky. As there was one point last night, were Michelle was clearly pissed off at the crew for telling her to put her knickers back on.
She then proceeded to talk with the crew for a time. And then disappeared for an hour, before coming back on.
I've talked with her before, when she was on Elite, and Michelle is absolute filth on the phones.
