They have had some problems transmitting their own material and have been showing the pad and other Sky shows for the last few weeks. See screenshot (11am today)

I'm not surprised most of the girls are reluctant to wear them - it would mean there would be no such thing as a quick change - tights are really difficult to put on in a hurry. They're twisty and awkward and have a tendency to ladder when you fight with them.
Try it and you'll see what I mean
