It looks like brothers Ben and Nick Foster have composed the music. They have both worked on Torchwood and Doctor Who.

The rest of the series has now been moved to a 8:00 am start time, there's a vote of confidence from ITV.

In the original series I never understood how some of the Tracey brothers spoke with different accents. Some in English & some of the sons in American.

In this new series it is Brains who has changed his accent. He's now been morfed into a character out of the The Big Bang Theory.

But the big change is with Tintin. She's been renamed into Kayo and given her own Thunderbirds to fly. bladewave
Shades of politically correctness gone mad.

Come back Jeff Tracey

Wasn't there grave danger of the strings catching fire?

The following comes from Film Review Online,

“Each new episode takes up a weekly 30 minute slot and will be shown on both CITV and ITV simultaneously. After the first 13 episodes we will go into repeats which we expect will be just on CITV. Later in the year the remaining episodes of Season 1 will be aired.“

I can't remember when or where it was now, but a while back, I am sure I read that it was always going to be aimed at kids and would be going out on CITV.

Thunderbirds has always been aimed at kids lol. Its just that older generations who grew up with such programmes have fond memories. This new series is targeted at todays children, not at us children who never grew upBig Grin

I know what you mean. Smile

Just trying to say that it would be shown on a TV channel aimed specifically at kids, and not one of the main ones.

Shame they aren't showing it on mainstream at Tea Time Saturdays, I quite fancied watching more after Final Score (

Caught a glimpse of the first episode of this new series and thought 'what a load of crap!'. I suppose though I'm not the target audience. Won't be watching any more episodes.
