Bloody hell, early League Cup rounds already..!

I see that Hamilton have been put in the same group with Dunfermline - there's no escape..!

Dunfermline beat Hamilton the other night, and now HA face a "season-long embargo" as their woes continue (somewhat self-inflicted, I'm not starry-eyed about whose fault it likely is).

Another one of these. Pat Bonner and Willie Miller among the footballing contributors, and Jim Kerr from extra-mural larks. Charlie seemed to see the failures more than the successes.

He should be so luggy. Both Hazel Irvine and Lorraine Kelly were fans.

Hamilton 2 Montrose 0
Well, I suspect they'll need to stabilise the business side in order to make good use of what otherwise might seem like beatable opponents this season.

Dunfermline started with a draw. East Kilbride lost their opener and sit bottom of the league.

Rangers drew with Motherwell, so that's another title stuffed, eh what?

New season and another team in Edinburgh City have been hit with an deduction of points , i don't know what is going on up there but something is happening.

Hamilton won comfortably at Queen of the South, so look good to finish behind Inverness in 9 months time and then get diddled in the play-offs (oo-er).

East Stirling were close to a first win, but conceded a late equaliser.

Hamilton crashed back to Earth with a home loss to the fearsome East Fife.

East Stirling got crushed at home by Cumbernauld Colts and sit stone dead last.

Ironic that Hamilton Accies women's team can play at their home ground but the men's team can't!

With the new Lowland West and East Leagues coming next season at least there is no threat of relegation just 8 West or 8 East of Scotland League teams to contend with.
