If I were Selby I would be happy getting out 10-7 down given how he has played, if he really could find his form this could be very close

Selby has battled away to leave himself just about in touch without playing his best.
Ronnie has not hit top form either and both men will feel they can play better.
A number of the frames have been relatively long and protracted in nature.
After a tough semi final the question is does Selby have enough in the tank for one final push?
He looked relieved at recovering from 10-5 to 10-7 but a good start tomorrow is key.
From Ronnie's point of view he will be disappointed to lose a few of the frames he lost tonight and maybe a little frustrated at the pattern of the frames but he has not really gone through the gears as yet.
All set up for an intriguing day tomorrow.

He was worse off against John Higgins and came back mightily, so he's capable of getting back to level terms with Ronnie. But will he get the chance, and then take it?
At the very worst, one frame for him means they have to come back in the evening

i cant watch selby play i just find it so boring, i understand its snooker but i like to be entertained and i find him like an ebdon type player! dont get me wrong the guy can make high breaks cos hes high up on the century breaks list but he just bores me! i would have loved robertson v o sullivan final cos like i say i like to be entertained

The best possible start to the second day now it is all level at 10-10.

Have to say when it was 8-3 to Ronnie last night I wasn't sure there was going to be a session tonight. That is 7 of the last 9 frames Selby has won, really seems to have taken the initiative in the match

.Seriously though Ronnie is struggling.
Selby must cash in and go for a 7-1 or 8-0 session and freeze Ronnie out.
Ronnie needs to stem the tide and get some sustained table time.
