Great Canal Journeys
The Lancaster canal, although they started well after Preston. But they did some good stuff about the Northern Reaches, and it IS their show not mine
so good stuff.

Dynasties-BBC1 with Sir David Attenborough. 1st episode told the story of chimpanzee called David and his struggle to keep as head of the pack. It was poignant and absolutely compelling television, but then what do you expect from the team that brought you Frozen Planet and Blue Planet II. Can't wait for the next episode.

River Monsters S9 Ep5 "Ice Cold Killer"
A particularly interesting episode that started with a washed up sea creature on an English beach that ended up leading Jeremy Wade to fish on the ice sheets of Greenland and Norwar to reveal that it was a Greenland shark.
