I was just looking back on this forum at some of the stuff Kate did a couple of years back on the pad and elite. Her outfits were way hotter back then, eg just wearing a bikini; or a bra, a thong and stockings - loads more skin on display! Is there some new rule about what the girls can wear in the daytime, or has Kate just got shy?

Yes. New ofcom rules for daytime shows were from around September last year.
