The 27 runs was only one better than the 26 made by New Zealand in 1955 against England. Mitchell Starc celebrated his 100th Test Match in fine form as he took 3 wickets for no runs in the first over of the West Indies chase, & went on the record the fastest five for in Test Match cricket in just 15 balls, his 5th wicket was also his 400th in this format. Scott Boland claimed a Hattrick & the West Indies now hold another unwanted record with 7 ducks in the innings after England jointly held that honour after the 6 they made at Edgbaston in the current series. His uncle Inzamam was a class act but didn't really set the world on fire during his time at Yorkshire. |
