You get paid based on how attractive you are, how can you not have a big ego?
The problem is not that the ladies think highly of themselves (they should), it's when they start hating their callers and actually enjoy ripping people off.
That's got nothing to do with ego, it's just a horrible character. You can like yourself and still be a decent person.
