Just had a look on sky1's Twitter page and they are seemingly indicating legends of tomorrow will be on sky1.

It would make sense for the show to appear on Sky 1 considering Arrow and The Flash air on there and with most of characters appear from both on there, roll 2016 lol.

As for Oliver Queen going by the name Green Arrow no one knows yet far as what i've read from the producers he wasn't to get that name till the show finally ends similar to how in Smallville Clark never became Superman and wore the costume till the end of it. However its more then possible that it could possible happen in the early/mid part of season 4 or possible by season 5 of Arrow.

A little more news on the show they have confirmed that the show will cross with Arrow and The Flash and story lines and characters will be weaving in and out of each of the shows, Legends of Tomorrow for its first season will have 13 ep's would be great if the show is a hit that they could possible extended the run for a couple ep's fingers crossed.
