Hi studio,just wanted to say it was luvly seeing cara steel when I woke up today
Unfortunately it wasn't until about half eleven and I only had about an hour to get ready to GOTO work,usually it would be about twelve when I have to go to get in for one but I can get a lift in on a Monday an got an extra half an hour but also fish an chips from the chippy when I'd got ready that was brought in for me but I haven't seen cara for a couple of years when I was going through a bit of a bad patch,bored out me head unable to work through injury ( back/neck) I've since got better and I'm doing well,I'd passed business admin and I.t. qualifications aswel as call centre trainings ect but I had always done manual labour previously but have since worked in a job doing payment management and now at the moment seeing the last few months of a contract for tech support although I just was given a permanent contract for the people my current employers are contract to so I can become an agent for a new company which is joining the premises were I work now and agents are needed an apparently I'm one of a lucky few to be picked but onwards an upwards hopefully
Sorry for any spelling mistakes,I've only just got home really,had a sip of a beer I just cracked open an gonna make a much needed smoke
I didn't bother leaving the shows recording as I've thought the babes might not appreciate it although I did which is why I did but its not all about me an I have to respect that,I could do it an just not say but I use to buzz off it if I thought the babes were kool and buzzed off it aswel 
Great to see cara just now,really pretty but very nice,I always thought
Never got to speak to her but she looks very friendly an nice

It's bad enough seeing her same old lack of movement on daytime and to have her on the pathetic day time extra takes the piss.
