I stand corrected Rammy, he has signed up Leah in November, Paige has been with Elite for some time and wasn't Becky just a trialist.

becky's had several shifts on the early show so wouldnt say she's a trialist

kelly bell only did about 1 show aweek, fernanda 2 a week this wold not affect the rooster greatly but those who did 3 or 4 shows a week wont get signed by elite

elites pretty full in the daytime stakes to be fair so id imagine they would make minimal additions.

agree chris elite will only get 1 or 2 babes to join the dayshow. but think kelly bell and fernanda would be great additions as they can cover on nights too

2 shifts on the Breakfast show, nothing since the 20th of last month & even allowing for Xmas & New Year, that's still no guarantee that she's on the starting grid when the shifts are handed out for the month either. Plenty of other "trialists" have fallen at this stage over the past 6 months.
Elite's dayshift is pretty full at the moment & even allowing for one or two off on holiday or modelling assignments at any time, that still leaves plenty of cover. With Jenny Laird apparently starting on the 20th then that cuts the prospect of additional shifts pretty close. It's going to take someone of a high potential of call volume to shake the tree sufficiently to get shifts in the roster amongst 9 (10, if Miss Laird is already guaranteed a place) other girls. Whoever Elite need or sign up they'll need to be "On their game" to get regular shifts after any trial period, which only tends to be a short 2/3 shift allowance on the Breakfast show or 1 or 2 daytime shifts.
I expect Jamie/Elite will know who will/won't fit the bill before even giving them a trial, so I expect it to be a girl that has proven herself sufficiently elsewhere or one that has that ability to "Nail it" pretty much from the off. Time's not a luxury that all girls are afforded to make the target in this proffession, when perhaps they should be, unfortunately. One things for sure she'll have to be good to sustain her position on Daytime at Elite for any significant length of time.
