I haven't previously contributed to this discussion, but I thought it might be worthwhile to make one observation, which is that several girls seem to have left Cellcast just recently, which Admin has confirmed in another thread, yet Paige is one of the ones who's been kept on, which leads me to think she's doing well in the job.

Also I think Paige, Lori etc would be cheaper to hire. I doubt they're earn the same as the other night girls, as they stay covered, saving cellcast money. They must have huge running costs with 4 channels, profits down with the recession, every little saving helps.

Girls get paid according to their call minutes, not whether they stay covered or not. The more call minutes they get, the more they get paid.
If you doubt they earn the same as the other night girls, what you're really saying is you don't think they get as many call minutes as the other night girls, although Paige seems to be on the phone all the time.

I watched Paige over the last week and she hasn't been doing the same amount of screen time as the other girls. One night last week she was on screen for ten minutes before another girl took over, Tara I think, who was on screen for 30+ mins. It's not about how many phone calls you take but how many people are listening in. That's where the real money is.

all the people moaning about "paigey" not getting her tittage out do realise that all you are doing by constantly repeating the same points and arguments on here is essentially helping her and raising her profile dont you?
any cellcast bosses etc that monitor this forum arent gonna bother wasting time reading what is on this thread at 121 pages long. but if they were to look at the forum stats which is a lot quicker and less time consuming to do they would see that this is the 3rd most viewed and 8th most replied to thread on the forum out of 8580 threads
that appears popular yet anyone who has read this thread will know that is a misnomer as the majority of this thread is bitching moaning and repetition of the same 2 points: "she doesnt get her tits out/should go back to days", "she doesnt have to she is hot".
all those who think she shouldnt be doing nights are simply helping her stay on there by keeping this thread going ad nauseum
is there a smiley for 'expects this post to be ignored and things to carry on as normal regardless'?
