The tv signal is fine and its working, but on the hp the Visit-x logo is still circling and nothing happens. The stream has been off for a few days now, I see the same as you. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 07-04-2025 16:04 Ditto. Maybe we have the answer. I'll give it a few more days. After that I wlll darw my own conclusion. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 07-04-2025 18:20 After I posted the above, I checked the webstream (PG-version) and it was back. So that killed one theory. But now I checked the tv stream and that has gone to the still pic as was last month but with a difference - you can still see what is on the web feed in a tiny window. Does not make much sense unless this is a prelude to no more tv feed at all in some days with the tv acting as a tempory commercial for the web feed. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 18-04-2025 20:04 I would love to give you a positive update. Yet from what see I can not. So here is what I se ( or do not) 1. The tv stream has not been available for some days - I guess that has been turned off. 2. For a few days (over last weekend) neither the free webstream nor the premium (paid) were avaiblle. 3. Monday or Tuesday of this week both of the above became available again. Yet certainly the free stream just shows the same content as it did, and still does, that they showed many days previous. None of this looks good for the longevity of the service. RE: Visit-X TV - derekdas - 19-04-2025 13:43 Guess they just want you to pay for premium then. As did Studio 66 and we all know how that finished. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 19-04-2025 23:11 ^^ Have not checked the Premium Stream lately but since there is not a daily schedule for that either my suspicion is that they are also in repeat mode. Will have to check over a few days at the same time of day to be sure. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 25-04-2025 08:45 A quick update. A daily programplan is now available again as are the streams. It does appear that content does change on a daily basis. And it does appear that the tv stream has been terminated. No sign of any live-shows so one must wonder if they have stopped these entirely. Now it gets 'interesting'. There is a new menu entry under 'Television' named 'Web-Streams'. As I write, selecting this just takes one to a previously existing page so one must wonder what they have planned for this given that there is already a menu for 'Cams'. Possibly a paid-for 16-rated-stream as an alternative to the free-PG-rated stream. Watch this space. Once I know, so will you. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 28-04-2025 18:13 I am begining to think that this 'Web-streams' option is nothing more than a re-named 'Mediathek' since that option is not longer available (I as sure it was when I posted before) and that is the page that you get when you select it. Hardly inspiring I must say. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 01-05-2025 15:04 Well I spoke too soon. Vx has gone 'tits up' again. No daily programplan - both streams. No actual stream on both free and premium. (The last actual free stream was a repeat of the previous day) I could email them but surely they know what is going on. And if I did I would not be so courteous to them - many moons ago I criticised the output and they effectively terminated my account. (Got it back eventually) All that is left (for me) are the 30 free VIP monthly videos. Pretty much a mixed bag although this month's look better than last month's offering. But it still puzzles me why for a few days they showed 16-rated clips on the free webstream all day. Even if they converted that feed to a subscribed non-breakdown feed one would have a selling point. RE: Visit-X TV - DB83 - 01-05-2025 21:07 Strangely, they are broadcasting on the tv again. They have resumed the ads with the live video in a small window. Ironic since the actual webfeed is still borked. |
