I'm going to ask this question again because it seems to be geting worse.
Why are members able to send private messages when the recipient is blocked from replying to them?

I've just wasted half an hour searching for video info in response to a pm request and then found that they were blocked from receiving messages.
From now on I'll just send a blank test reply to any pm to make sure its enabled before responding to requests.

Go to your CP and click on 'Tracking', and it will tell you whether a PM's been read by the recipient or not.

Hmm I didn't save a copy so maybe it wouldn't have tracked it-oh well if he doesn't see it he will miss out on something nice. Still needs to call his lawyer
