I suspect it is the Chrome browser, but it seems to happen mostly on the forum and also on instagram pages. Refreshing the page fixes it.
This is happening to me on a few websites, bloody annoyingRolleyes

You're right I've seen that too. I think it's because Rammy is now schizophrenic as he's a fan boy of Mellie & Louise. So he thinks everyone else is
