The World Championship at the Crucible starts on Saturday and I'm glad to say I will be going again this year to watch some of the play. Its a very open tournament this time. Last year I correctly tipped John Higgins to win but I havent got a clue who will do it this year. Neil Robertson, Judd Trump, Ding Junhui, Mark Allen, Graeme Dott, Mark Williams, Shaun Murphy, Stephen Maguire, Mark Selby and Higgins all have reasonable chances to do well. Should be a belter.

I wanna be the first to tip Peter Ebdon to beat Ronnie O'Sullivan in the first round. Hopefully Ebdon can annoy and aggitate O'Sullivan into taking lots of frustrating, difficult pots on.

Nothing would please me more than to see Mark Williams lift the trophy! I adore watching him float about the table. I would also very much like to see Neil Robertson in the final - he's another who is an absolute joy to watch when he's playing well.
Anyway, whatever, I can't wait, and I'm happy to say fuck off to the Babeshows for a fortnight

I'm really looking forward to it this year. Looks like a very open championship and there's just something hypnotic about watching the balls move about the table - very relaxing. And hopefully Michaela Tabb will wear some very low cut tops too - who needs the 900s when you've got that milf leaning over the table to give the balls a good polishing?

Robertson has been drawn against Ken Doherty in the first round. Hendry will play Stuart Bingham. A potential 2nd round match to look forward to is Ding Junhui v Mark Allen which could be a real cracker.
