Very interesting reading.
The way things are going, the tv shows could disappear and it will all move over to the webshows.

The only people who I can think of that would bother to complain are the producers of other channels. It seems exactly the sort of thing cellcast would do. Cellcast = Offcom's bitch.

The complaint about the Pad is a surprising one. It was primarily to do with a nipple slip - something that you can see on several channels every single day. In the section titled 'Decision', Ofcom also stated "This meant that when she adopted a certain position on her back, and the producer cut to a camera angle looking down onto her body, it was likely that her nipple area would be exposed to viewers" - are they really criticising the Pad because it was possible that her nipple was on show, even though it couldn't be seen on TV because the cameraman had moved the camera away!!

Ironically the date of the breach is two days after the Kelly Bell incident.

You have to remember that there are groups whose reason for existence is to get all "offensive" material off the telly so they will sit and watch the Babe Channels (and anything else they think might be risque) specifically to catch any breaches of the code. It's possible that it's one of the other channels playing silly buggers but the more complaints about any single channel the greater the likelihood of all the shows being removed so it would seem counter-productive.
