Theatre impresario, actor (in Corrie among others) and long-serving Everton chairman; a garrulous interviewee and a likeable communicator. But he'd not been well lately, and has now died at 78 Sad RIP

Bill tried his best for Everton. But he never had enough money to improve the club the way he wanted to. He supported EFC throughout his life and will be sadly missed. RIP Bill. NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM.
