R.I.P Dickie Davies
Legendary World of Sport presenter Dickie Davies has passed away at the age of 94. A proper sports broadcasting icon.

Sincerest condolences to all his friends and family.

I grew up watching Dickie Davies on world of sport every Saturday . From stock car racing to wrestling, it was must see viewing and Dickie was a brilliant anchor man.

RIP Dickie and thank you for making my Saturday sporting afternoons enjoyable viewing. I spent many a happy afternoon with my Nana watching the wrestling with before going home for tea. British wrestling was different then.
