It’s always mystified me as to why there seem to be so few actual English Girls on chaturbate and it’s competitors. Or is just that non English girls are a lot happier to cam or do the English girls just cam on sites where they can block the UK. I have seen some mention that girls block this country. I suppose it’s because they may not be so easily identified.

It's certainly easy to block the UK on Chaturbate. Girls can even block a region, i.e block Scotland but allow England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

I've noticed that some models on CB state a minimum time for private, so does this mean that tokens are debited up front for those minutes and the show then ends automatically when the stipulated time has expired?

No to both. Tokens aren't debited up front for a private with a minimum time, but throughout the show duration, the same as any other private show. The only difference is that if you left the show before the minimum was reached you would still get charged for the full time.
