You're missing my point entirely. Of course different callers want different things and of course the girls don't HAVE to get 'em out or do provocative movements etc. Paige, for example. (And yes, I have called and I know what that young lady is capable of.)

The point I'm making is that all of that stuff happens before 12am but not after, so it's just plain stupid to claim that there's no difference.

As for the different platform, as far as I know there is only one set of Ofcom rules for these channels whether they're satellite or terrestrial. I'm still waiting for someone to show me otherwise. If they do, I'll shut up.

It's probably to do with the fact that the type of person who will complain about these shows is less likely to have Sky, but will have Freeview.

Vila, don't you think you're going a little OTT with all this? You have the net, there's plenty of porn out there, these girls will hardly do much more then pull their thong halfway down or bounce up and down a bit anyway.

It's not like us sky viewers are seeing triple X material, even the porn channels over here are shit.

The main thing that has so far stopped me from contacting Ofcom directly is that, as has been pointed out elsewhere, the last thing any of these channels need is people focussing Ofcom's attention on them, even a simple enquiry might be misinterpreted as some sort of complaint.

I agree that bickering is pointless but everyone keeps bringing up arguments which have nothing to do with what I’m trying to say.

I like Babestation. I like the whole concept of the show. I don’t think that all the girls should have their tits out all the time. I don’t have a problem with daytime girls coming on and not getting topless – they bring a new and welcome dimension to the show.

All I want is one very, very simple thing: I simply want to have the same show content on Freeview after 12am as Sky viewers get before 12am. Why is that so difficult to understand?

the simple fact of the matter is, things are the way they are just now, thats it. either get used to it or have patience (depending on whether it stays as is or relaxes with restrictions)

As I mentioned frickin' ages ago in another thread. PG started off tame and built up over the following months. The show is comparable because it is they same company, although the producers are different (Source Mod-Sta). Why do you think BS is the only show of it's kind on FV?

Probably because Ofcom actually trust BS not to go and do anything stupid. BS has been running for a very long time and the only way these channels survive is if they remain compliant. I'm sure if Ofcom's code of conduct is adhered to by BS on FV then they may be more lax on regs in the future.

Once again slightly missing my point. I’m accepting that ‘tits out’ isn’t a necessity all the time, but I do like it most of the time (i.e. the way it is 10pm-12am on Sky).

I think it's a huge difference. As I’ve said I watch the web stream pre-12am. During that time I and see and hear much stronger content than we get after 12am and I much prefer that stronger content. There's a lot more movement and it's very explicit in nature. This is what I like. I hate seeing the tamed down shows that even superb performers such as Camilla and Amanda have to put on after 12am. It can't be much fun for them either, having to keep themselves constantly in check. I've noticed them occasionally lapsing into their normal style for a second or two and then stopping themselves abruptly as they remember the stricter rules.

Basically, I feel cheated and insulted.

Cheated, because when a Sky viewer calls the show he/she can enjoy their phone call while watching the girls performing in a very sexy and provocative manner but all I get is a girl lying face down hardly moving and yet I have to pay the same £1.50/min.

Insulted, because between 10pm and 12am I hear the girls on the mike talking to Sky viewers as adults but on Freeview they talk to us viewers as if they're addressing naughty children or simpletons.

If I didn’t have to keep refreshing the web stream every four or five minutes (sometimes less), if my connection wasn’t so slow that I get constant picture freezes and if I could record from the stream I might be content to watch that way. However that's an awful lot of ‘ifs’ none of which is going to happen!

Edit: Anyway, I am at least grateful to have some tacit acknowledgement that I have a legitimate point. What I have been so vehemently objecting to was the constant efforts form some quarters to persuade me and others that there is no difference between Sky and FV content. We seem at last to have settled that point, albeit in a rather convoluted fashion. Perhaps we can now resume normal relations.
