The shows in 2020 - Thoughts?

Might I add, a few days ago I thought about doing a quick check, & counted up the babes that have appeared on webshows since the March lockdown. I didn't go as far as to differentiate between the established & newbies, but I came up with 179 at BS & 163 on S66, no doubt this figure will have risen since I totaled up. So far that works out at one babe every day over an 8 month period.
You do get the impression that these channels are employing a sink or swim policy regarding new babes, many working from home left to their own devices. I can't imagine there being much in the way of coaching, mentoring , training etc. taking place in house. These babes are not representing their respective companies in the best light & the channels are to blame, showing a lack of pride with their general output. They should be the top of the tree in genre, but are average at times.

I know exactly in kerAvon feels about the tip goal that's came in. I feel uneasy in the top tipper on a certain channel. Its like a person walking into an arcade thinking they will come out winners I've heard that a channel was giving girls prizes for being best tipped girl not sure if it was weekly or monthly tho.some girls put everything into every show some have gone as far as made themselves I'll doing a night show during the hot weather in the summer and not taking a break. I know there a lot of red tape on channels because of ofcom but I find some backstage show are worse than there daytime shows. I mean why are the girls fully dressed waiting for people to either call or use cam and they are fully dressed. One channel is trailing out using daytime girls and having them on screen till midnight fully dressed. I asked this question before at all channels and a girl has said on her show the exact same thing I will email all channels again.if this can be done now with this virus around tho. A meet and greet with all babe channels and girls they can set up stalks to sell there content have Ur picture taken with the girls the girls that work n clubs can do there own strip club dancing have loads of different events going on around have this a 3 day event Friday -sunday. 2 location one in Birmingham and one in London. Tickets with like a VIP pass as well.not only that the people on this forum and who watch these channels will get to meet each other as well

The power of selectivity has never been more important bearing what you say in mind.
Which babe, which tip goal, which stint, which channel?

The frustration is that the sort of visual stimulus open to TV nightshow content has become far too restricted to web shows or worse still tip goal based webshows.
This is where the canny old sod snooks deploys a telephonic nightshow testing of the TV waters to ascertain whether the incentive to get involved in tip goal activity is worth it or not on the web. With Beth Bennett and a few others it has been worthwhile on Babestation.
Same with Jennifer Kelly and Brooks on S66.
A few newbies on the channels have shown promise based on my own visual and telephonic experience.

The tip goals can be somewhat ridiculous but those with the best attitude clear the goals the fastest hence my view that mentality is all.
Lanta whizzes through tip goal targets like no tomorrow when on.
Caty, Beth and a few others do pretty well in this regard too.
The key for me is such babes deliver enough on the telly to entice me on other formats.
This is why I say people have cottoned on to who and what to trust and who and what not to trust. It's a more discerning, savvy assessment that seems to be in judgement of babeshows than ever before imo. That is a good thing.
The mercenaries and scammers are gradually being exposed and not a moment too soon adding to the power and likelihood of sound selectivity.

In one way it is a shame wily old foxes like snooks have to play strategic combined nightshow games of cat and mouse and snakes and ladders all at the same time in an effort to work out on who and where to spend his money.
It never used to be such a game.
I suppose I have just become better at playing it.

Lots to complain about in 2020, but let's start with the positive.

After somewhat losing interest for the last couple of years, the forced incarceration of lockdown had me watching the babeshows again. And while I agree with most of what's been said above, I was always cheered by waking up to Darelle Oliver, Emma C, Rochelle Ryan, and Electra Morgan.

In the afternoons, girls like Gemma Jane, Hannah C, and the wonderful newbie Stormi Mack, have provided much-needed diversion from the drudgery of "working from home". And some of my best nightshow calls were to girls who I previously thought were daytime lifers.

In short, it was maybe not a vintage year and it was certainly marred by tip-goal nonsense, vibratoy distraction, pervcam posery, and some truly dreadful home-cam set-ups, but all-in-all I found myself thinking of the babeshows as less of an entertainment medium this year and more of public service. (I clapped a little for them too on Thursday nights ... shhhhhhhh)

Who knows where it's all headed, but so long as I'm trapped in the house, I'd rather be trapped with the babeshows than without them. They did alright by me in 2020.

i would agree the three monthe lockdown in the summer made watch the channels more and Stormi Mack has been providing great entertainment (her OF is worth it for content znd she has greast interaction there) these last few months whkile sworking through the last lockdown and Christmas ttrsading period, (almost a distraction), but she has to be one of St66's best findings for me. she is really a wondderful babe with a likeable approach to everything in terms of attitude and personality.
And I agree about the cam fronm home, I accept that not everybody's cam is likely to be super duper HD or whatever it should be these days - but I do hope some of the babes are putting super HD cams on their christmas stocking list from Santa!!

The other thing I want to see is the tech guys at both St66 and BS is to get on top of the bufferring problem that every so often jumps into their streams now and again and totally exaperates my viewing. I do get the feeling the problem exists when there are too many streams happening at once and signals interfere with one another.

The nation will have to spend more on the internet before we see a significant improvement in webstream quality. Let's face it it's good enough for Zoom meetings or Skype with yer folks.

Hiya since lockdown I've seen an increase in channel babes moaning on social media platform about there contents being uploaded to porn sites. And we all on this forum have had our moans about the channels and some of the shows that some girls have given out. I've wasn't a big fan of backstage cam shows when they first arrived on some channels.seeing the top of a girls head or a ankle and foot or a flower pot because the camera has been pushed away.these girls are performers they want to do this and make there fans happy. So they get more following them = more money and more shows. everybody has favourite babe girl or girls and they need us to help them.we are lucky and blessed with having 3 babe channels because what is stopping the channels going on to make everyone pay to watch backstage cam or home cam from our mobile devices or computers like other cam sites don't think they are not thinking about this idea either. We can watch our favourite babe on every show and channel 24/7 for free. These girls do have feeling and do get upset like anyone else would in doing a cam show for 10 hours for little money. These porn sites are awash with babe channel content . How do we us fans help out these girls in which they would see we mean more than being a customer/punter. As a forum how do we go about this. We have all said that there's been a change in some girls shows so how do we repay them for doing this. I can imagine some amazing shows that could happen in 2021 if the standard of naughtiness from girls of 2020 carry on but I can also see everyone just doing a shift as well. I'm gong to ask this because I don't know the answer can we the forum do anything to help out these babes that we like and are fans of. I already know know that the channels aren't bothered about these uploads as I've sent and received emails about this topic from Daazler

Of course there are certain things the entirely internet based operations are known for that 'our shows' can not bring themselves to embrace. The tip based adaptations in particular are hit and miss, as too many babes refuse to accept what tipping should mean; prefering instead to protect their paywalls with all-out ill-conceived notions of "not in front of the freeloaders". 

This protectionist, hide it away, attitude seems to me to have been fostered in the shows' unique history. Back in the day, night babes at least used to HAVE to perform - essentially directing their attentions to everyone viewing - so their appeal and strengths would transmit to the very small percentage that were able and willing to call in. Each babe was competing with every other, each doing exactly the same sort of thing onscreen and working in much the same way. This meant their activities there had to be impressive and sustained; considerate to a widest possible audience. Top babes had to stand out, by doing MORE than average, in order to succeed amongst the very competitive quality rosters the industry's early successes had bestowed.

Then Ofcom stuck their oar in... And the industry seems to have gradually resolved only a greater use of tech and a stauncher, generally more hard-nosed, attitude could pull it from its resultant woes. (Along with the realisation there was more than one way to work their outputs. This revelation has had more bad than good implications for the services down the years unfortunately.)

Notably these changes came at a time the net-based side of the industry was booming with the arrival of several behemoth players: CB in Feb 2011 (capitalising on the older Live Jasmine/MFC model and eventually outdoing them); Bongacams in Jan 2012. The PPV variant in AdultWork also started in the early years of the decade IIRC.

The shows and babes were being forced to alter their tune in the face of all this of course... but fast forwarding to today I think we can see that the increased use of the net and the beefed up attitude has brought its own very real and off putting issues.

A different kind of punter has come to new prominence for one. One many babes seem to have jumped at the chance to accomodate in the way they operate.  Worryingly, more and more, they appear to have decided to target just these specific users. (Within these ill-advised spenders is incorporated what some have dubbed the 'whale tippers' - a  seemingly net-based operation generated phenomenon.) These are folk tipping/spending in an irrational and inflationary manner, often for silly or inconsequential things, as their real intent is simply to impress the babe, with a "look at meeeeee" desperation, and sometimes attempt to exert control over her chat group along with it. All in the name of holding court with their muse. Erotics are very much a side issue with these sorts.

The most ruthless of babes seem to have cottoned on to who they can exploit most easily here. Those that merely crave the babe's familiar and extended attentions; a supposed emotional connection. The perserve of the deluded and perplexingly enraptured.

Watching these easily pleased bleed dry, while the babe ignores, berates and dismisses others as mere 'freeloaders' and 'time wasters' was a depressingly all too familiar pattern in 2020.

And so... five years into babeland's cam boom (and two years on from the OF transisitions) then; many of the worst aspects of the CB and MFC world have transferred with few of the better traits doing likewise in compensation. What we have now would seem to be the set course for the next couple of years at least. And we only await what proves financially most successful I propose.

It can often feel the worst of both worlds on certain streams. While in contrast, IMO, a mere dozen or so babes are currently aping the right factors. These are the babes I seek out and the ones that give me my sense of general hope for the future. (I also applaud the longstanding quality babes who have stepped up to the content plate set by this latest era. It can't have been easy. And I hope it's paying off for them.) I hope all these babes win out in the end. They certainly deserve our help to do so as we go into 2021... May the best women win!

A few random thoughts.
Kimmy on Xpanded has proven to be a bonus this year. A fun bonus.
But didn't some of the other girls say that they were being being allowed to go nude. What happened with that?

Studio66, where have all the girls at the start of the year gone? And what happened to Reed?
And those on screen graphics drive me mad. 40% graphic, 60% top of the girls head.
But they aren't a total lost cause as they still have Jennifer Kelly and Amber Coen.

Babestation, what can we say about Babestation. They're employing half the pole, lap and Gentlemen's club girls who found themselves unemployed due to Covid rules and are managing to use them on webshows and also TV.
They've opened studios in London, Portsmouth and Manchester (just to keep Rammy happy).
My two favourate Babestation babes, Atlanta and Scarlett haven't appeared as much as I would have wished. But Babestation are keeping faith in them, and use them sparingly. And it was good to see Lori and Ashley Emma back on the TV.

My wish for the New Year is for all the girls to be happy and healthy.
