How is Photogirls still in business if they keep using photos on women who aren't escorts or who don't work for them?

I used Photogirls a few times, admittedly a few years ago now. But... I did see several page 3 girls and porn stars, and they were genuine. Maybe things are different now, but they used to be for real....thought it was worth a mention, as I got ripped off by a couple of agencies, but Photogirls were not one of them.
