I actually am proud we have done so well 22 golds is remarkable & let's just hope that these inaugural games format are not tainted or overshadowed by doping allegations

A medal rush for Team GB already tonight. Laura Muir with Gold in the 800m, Laura Weightman with Bronze.
And Eilish McColgan with silver in the 5000m. Stunning stuff.

And to cap it all the 4x100m relay squads both won Gold with the brilliant Dina Asher-Smith sealing a hat-trick of titles in the process.
Team GB finish top of the Athletics medal table.
