Their Twitter feed sheds a bit more light on the problems they had this week about card processing. The company they were using went out of business. It seems they discovered between Xmas & New Year that they would need to change to a new supplier so they’ve clearly had to scramble around to find a new supplier and get the technical changes implemented. I'd therefore congratulate them on keeping downtime to a minimum.

I don't know if they gave Winsaw the whole story but for whatever reason he didn't portray the true position to us - maybe it was just lost in translation. It's probably a situation where if they came on here themselves they could put the message across directly and not receive the criticism they got. Hopefully they will take note.

They are too small to have any real leverage in negotiating financial terms with a card processing supplier and as they needed to find a new provider so quickly they may well have had to take on increased costs.

Would love to see them new station is welcome as it gives more variety to those already on air, and of they are prepared to be a bit more daring then the current crop they would do well. But I suppose its a big if. If you dont care then dont fucking watch them them when they come back.

which I'm sure you wasn't mate, but to be honest, it is up to people behind the business model IMO to accept criticism and praise where it is due and any suggestions to make things better should be welcomed. But if anything I feel VNTV are one babe channel who really should be asking people "What do you want to see?" or "What ideas do you have to give us that can improve things?"

vntv are doing a bit of a new year freshen up next week, they are going to have new VT on screen and new music as well all to help make for a better viewing experience, they are also updating some of there promo, i like that they are always trying to make stuff better even if its only little things as it all add up to a better experience,

so in all of their so called tests to work to show times to best suit callers and viewers and maximise £££ they decided that just 4 hours from 16.00 on a thursday was the optimum for that day . Nothing to do with whats suits Kellie by chance.

I'm not sure if you're right. The site mentions 16.00 till 8.00... not 20.00... That would mean they are shifting to night shows. I guess we have to wait and see.

I'm plumping for just the four hours , I'm sure they'll be some reason totally out of their control as to why they have gone this way

Any news on the Lucinda situation - Has she definitely gone yet?
