If it is a straight vote for one favourite from ten it could make it very interesting and a very close run thing imo. Fascinating stuff.

The details of the next round of voting haven’t been announced yet, as we are taking into account the thoughts of the forum members before we decide on the next step.

As posted above we use two formats at UKAP, the 10 nominees being placed in order leading to a top 10 countdown to the winner, and a reduction of the top 10 to a shortlist of 4 leading to an Oscars style announcement of the winner.

We appreciate the support that forum members have given these awards so far, and are therefore happy to listen to any further thoughts you have on the voting format before we proceed with the next vote.

Cutting it down to 10 is enough I feel. If a babe is a worthy winner she will dominate such a field. I don't see the need to ape other events.

having 10 nominees means there is a good likelihood of votes being spread as evenly as possible

We should be grateful that the powers that be at UKAP has offered us forum members a say in two categories at such a prestigious event

It's no trouble at all. I was thinking about doing that anyway, especially as there were girls in both categories who missed the top 10 by very narrow margins indeed.

OK I can give the tally of votes cast.

You need to cut it to 4 having 10 spreads the vote care to thin, and makes the chances of a freeky result far more likely,
You don't want someone winning who people will just look at and say wtf, it will make your hole award seam pointless,
I have done the ultimate babe vote for the last few years so know how close votss are with very few votes between girls in the early stages,

^ Not everything needs to be run the way you want it Winsaw. Personally I’d like to see the vote done on the final 10 names that we already have and the winner would be well deserving and definitely as valid as your suggestion. Then again mine is only an opinion offered to help the organisers decide rather than a blunt order as yours seems to be!
