On deciding whether or not to speak out after Kavanaugh became the nominee: "I wondered whether I would just be jumping in front of a train that was heading where it was headed anyway and I would just be annihilated"

Fox News anchor Brett Baier called it "emotional and compelling testimony" and that hearing from Blasey Ford "is a totally different thing" than reading her allegations.

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace: "This was extremely emotional, extremely raw, and extremely credible... This is a disaster for the Republicans."

I feel for Ford, she's not only had to relive a horrible incident in her life publicly, but she's been used politically. From what I watched, I think she's telling the truth and Kavanaugh needs to be fully investigated by the FBI, to me she's credible and believable. The Republicans have acted as expected and the questioning was an attempt to undermine her, but the Democrats are as bad if not worse for not bringing this to light sooner. If they did hold off for maximum midterm damage, then that is fucking shady. It's horrible, but interesting to watch.

He and some of the other republicunts are saying they believe something happened, but that it wasn't necessarily Kavanaugh.
In private you just know they couldn't care less, but aren't dismissing her because they know they'd be crucified publicly.
