EliteTV/Studio66 Website - Discussion

I've just had a quick visit to the website, there's a new set of pics on there of a new girl, Georgie Lee is her name pics were posted at midnight. I've not heard of her or seen her yet. does anybody know if she is due to be on days or nights. Any info from anybody woiuld help. Cheers

Well, it's the first time I've had to use this to report a fault with there website. But since there technical crew never seem to act or reply to E-Mails, I have no choice but to put the complaint here.

The new Mica video in the members section that was posted today, the FLV plays fine, but you have a download MOV option, which actually gives you the FLV file not the High Quality MOV file. You may want to look at that ZIP file and replace it.

Plus you have a Gemma Massey pic set, with the same option to download the full set as a ZIP file, but if you go to download it, you get stuck it a permanent loop of being asked for you log-on details. You may want to look into that as well.

PS You might ask your technical crew to actually read and reply to the E-Mails sent. Otherwise what's the point in you having one.

Well I'm glad to say they replaced that Zip file for the video.

But now it seems I have another problem with there zip file downloads. On some of your files, I seem to get stuck in a permanent loop of being asked for my membership log-on details, which are never accepted. This happens on certain video and picture set zip downloads, but not on others.

Are any other Eliteonline members experiencing the same problem?

As I am becoming pissed off at this, and I'm getting pissed off at being totally ignored by your technical staff, who seem incapable of responding to E-Mails.

Your not doing yourself any favours with this ignore everyone attitude. Burying your head in the sand, does not make the problem go away.

Downloaded 6 sets of Sammie pics yesterday ace, they were fine not tried any vids lately though. I'd like to dl some blogs but haven't got the option on those, that I can see, any ideas.

let me know what vid & pic sets you're having probs with & I'll have a go & get back to you if that helps

Sammie sets are fine for me as well, but the last Mica set isn't, or the last Anna Lovato & Gemma Massey Vid. Plus a few others.

PS. If your using Firefox as your browser, then try the plugin "Downloadhelper", it allows you download the flv file that your watching.

Ace, Just tried the last 10 vids released all ok except the Gemma/Anna - bedtime antics, password cycle like you said.
Pic sets the same all ok except the Mica bridge set, same result as the vid.
Thanks for the tip re Firefox. Can't see why the blogs aren't the same as the vids though. I thought I'd seen a couple of the blogs downloadable a couple of weeks ago, but unable to find them now.

Anyway seems like Elite need to sort this particular prob out, going by your recent "frustrations" with the site.

Big thankyou mate for confirming that problem for me. At least I know now it's not just my account that has the problem.

Well it seems that Elite don't read this thread, or there E-Mails, because they still haven't responded to mine, or fixed the zip problem.

In-fact they have just released another Anna Lovato video tonight, that doesn't allow you to download it either.

Now I'm sorry Elite, but unless you get this problem sorted, I would not recommend anyone sign up for a membership, because at this rate, it won't be long before 50% of the site is totally inaccessible.

Maybe if I start posting complaints on enough different forums, they may finally sit up and notice. Because you are currently the worst website for responding to members queries.

This is all a shame as the videos on the site I felt had been getting more promising recently.
(Compared to the almost surreally tame Danica bathtime video anyway...!)

I can't help suspecting that Elite has never quite recovered from the Lovato affair (which admittedly must have been both embarassing and very deflating for the company). It seems to have sapped a certain amount of energy, attention to detail and interest from their all round online activities imo.
