This is an interesting area - if you decided not to accomodate Elite, who would they sue? I'm not suggesting this as a course of action, just interested to know what would happen.

A forum isn't an individual or a corporate body - so who would be named in any action?

They could sue either the individual or company that owns the forum, in much the same way that the owner of a newspaper or any other offline publication can be sued if they deliberately print content that they don't have the right to.

If the content from Elite's site isn't being posted on here, then you can usually find it on other forums that are happy to share. I know that the guys from Killergram came on here and warned us about posting their stuff, yet you can easily find loads of forums/sites to downlaod their content from for nothing. Of course, I would never download any stuff that was being shared, as I'm a good boy.

foolishly signed up, £19.95, for the elitetvonline website, thinking there'd be full-frontal naked pics etc...more angry with myself for being so naive!

got one pic of delta white showing her full frontal, and one of TJ...other than that, just the usual stuff you see for free on 911 and 965 every night

It's been almost impossible to get the site to load for a few days now. No problems connecting to any other sites though...

No problems for me, IanG. Everything looks fine.

Well its still fucked for me... It's pinging fine at around 45ms but, it just sticks at around 50-80% loading or, if it condescends to load its very, very slow and the feed hangs about every 10-30 secs.
