Europe, Referendum & Brexit (formerly Europe..IN or OUT??)

If Mrs May STILL can't get this through Parliament at the third attempt, then I would say we will just have to accept that no deal is the only really feasible way out of it all. Yet when you think about no other real meaningful legislation has got through Parliament.
And since this damn Brexit clusterfuckery has dominated so much time, no other real meaningful legislation has gone through Parliament.
Even she did eventually get the DUP onside I still think she will be comprehensively way short of numbers again, to get it through.
And I am sure that his type of fiasco has been something many of us never want to see in our Parliament again and the splits in ranks are likely never to be repaired for a long while after.

If so, you probably noticed that some of the amendments which Bercow didn't select were strong remainer amendments, such as the proposal that any Brexit deal passed in Westminster would have to be approved by the Scottish and Welsh Parliaments.

Rumour abound HOC of some labour MP's abstaining or supporting her, even without but DUP's support, it's still likely her vote will fall short again. IF THERE IS EVER A TIME FOR UNITY IN THE HOUSE IT IS NOW.

Bercow has also chosen to ignore a couple of strong remainer amendments to today's motion, including the above one which the SNP had tabled for a second time.

When is a principle not a principle? When it's held by a Tory Brexiteer with leadership ambitions. Dominic Raab says he will vote for the Withdrawal Agreement today.

So their master plan now seems to be they'll vote for the deal to get May out and then complete their takeover of the Tory Party by putting in place a hardline Brexiteer who will try to drive through a version of Brexit to come into effect after the Transition Period which meets their hardline views.

So many (on both sides) claim they speak for the majority in the country. How do they know? I say again they should put the future relationship options to the people. Sadly the Brexiteers will never agree to that as cults never listen to outsiders (there may be a spelling mistake in that last sentence).
