The court judgement was not about whether we should leave or not. That has been decided. It is a constitutional ruling on how the decision to trigger Article 50 should be taken

You may be right in a technical sense. But judging by statements made by various ministers, about the will of the people being thwarted and so on, it's very evident that the government do not agree with your view.

Tories are like that though rememeber when house of lords thwarted the childbenefit cuts tories went off the deep end how dare the system scruintise us we know whats right for the country they dont
