Agree with this, lastnight they where using them at about the same time every hour so u knew when to go look at them they need to keep doing this, and make it clear on twitter and there web site so more people call them,
I still can't see why a scheduled can't be posted up each night for the time each girl will work on them

RE: Sin TV - General Chat & Discussion
I agree that Sin need a couple more big names to bring in the fans but I think that we see that because we are fans. To the more prominent casual viewer - they just want attention from the best looking babe they can talk out of her clothes on their TV/monitor. (Sin also need to be careful atm to maintain at least the appearance of potential for success if they are to continue to attract the quality babes to their channel.)

I agree also that the xstreams are potentially Sin's biggest weapon in terms of offering something above and beyond the other channels. But how to harness that weapon?

Do you agree that the problem is just that the xstreams need to find their audience gunnar? (Sin need to hope that it is not that their major audience simply don't want to go away from their TV's to reach them.)

66 and BS have had similar issues reaching a large enough catchment of viewers with their web-only feeds. That despite the fact that they both started their web-only streams on a smaller scale than Sin seemed to want to do and both were building on basis of well-established domains. Yet the channels are convinced that their major money lies online - even before the true internet connected TV boom that is surely on the horizon. (Ironically, as has been said elsewhere, this may be one of the reasons why the shows are being played so safe and dull on TV atm. Whether subconsciously or by design the channels are 'saving' their better stuff for online.)

So the question is how do Sin 'reach their potential' with the streams? I don't think there is much option for them other than to do what the other channels are doing but are simply further down the road with. Essentially, Sin need to grow the audience for their streams naturally. I don't think there are too many short-cuts to building an audience that are available to them under Ofcom's outdated, sniffy and silly web advertising rules for TV.

They need to grow their presence all round and get some none babe show fan web traffic if possible. As winsaw implies (and thankfully there are signs that they are beginning to do this) they need what's on the streams to be findable and of a predictable strength. They need to give those that find them what they want at the times they want it basically.

Can anyone see any other way of going about using this 'weapon'?

They need to replace Lacey with better quality girls than the likes of Paige Turnah, someone like Tommie Jo will be a good replacement for Lacey, but tbh there aren't that many good quality babes around on the other channels anyway, they need to unearth a new gem and find the next Electra or Yasmine James or sign up a day babe and convince her to do nights

im not sure i'd like to see another long serving babechannel babe sign for them, the likes of Danni Harwood, Ashely Emma, Jennifer Jade and Caty Cole are big names but they have been around for so long now i wouldn't be that ecstatic if they signed for sin tv, there are very few babes i don't get bored of watching week in week out

On another channel, we should not discuss here, they had three girls rotating from tv to web.

Quite a simple system. Maybe too simple for this lot.

Would you agree that they are not doing this by mistake sb, but because it suits them to do so - if they can then have two sets of customers seeking out different levels of content instead of one?

I can't believe they are the only using Kara on days she could be the next Electra, the girl who's night shows you just can't miss,

Ironically the dayshows across the channels are often more far better entertainment than the night shows, which is the polar opposite of what it should be. As SB and snookered have said before the channels don't care what we say, so you might as talk to the wall for all the difference it will make.

Unfortunately I can only conclude that this is what Kara wants. If she wanted to be on night shows at Sin I can't believe they wouldn't have put her on one by now.

Agree bronco. sintv have the girls/babes, it's behind the scenes where the problems are, the main one being lack of organisation.

for me the sintv "marquee babes" would be Jada Cameo/Kamio, Ree Petra, Kara De La Hoyde, Karina Currie, Lilly Roma and (cue the fanboy posts) Louise Porter (she is that good these days)

agree winsaw, can't believe kara is only on days at the moment, if it's sintv behind just having her on days at the mo, then they are making a huge mistake, but it could be kara wanting to just do days at the moment

The sensible thing to do is shut them down. It was a bad idea in the first place and the longer they persist with it the more money they will lose.

They have obviously decided to run them at a loss for now, hoping that an audience eventually materialises, but I'd say it's just wishful thinking.

In a way I admire their persistence, but not their business sense. It wouldn't be so bad if they were funding these streams out of profits, but they aren't, they're using their working capital - which is no doubt being significantly diminished anyway by their loss-making TV channel. Sad
