No, I meant what I said.

For the purposes of licensing and regulation, Game Network BV is a Dutch broadcaster.

That means it can apply for other Dutch licenses should and when it wishes to do so. It's not limited to the one being used for Sky channel 906.

We all know that Sky channels 908 and 909 use Ofcom licenses, so it doesn't need repeating anymore, and it's irrelevant to the point being made anyway.

To reiterate, Bandwagon stated that Babestation have a Dutch license without being Dutch. This is incorrect. For the purposes of licensing and regulation, Babestation is Dutch because Game Network BV is a Dutch broadcaster. And Game Network BV isn't limited to Sky 906. It can apply for as many licenses for the broadcasting of Babestation as it wishes to.

Whatever argument you come up with, or whatever form of words you use, it won't change the fact that the broadcaster of Babestation is Game Network BV and Game Network BV is a Dutch broadcaster.

Neither will it change the fact that Eurotic TV is in Bulgaria, not the Netherlands, and therefore isn't a Dutch broadcaster and isn't eligible to apply for a Dutch broadcasting license.

ETV is based in Bulgaria and they have an Austrian license, the owner of the site (and as far as i know also the owner of copyright) is TGE (an USA company) even if in Bulgaria all is directed by a local company.

Cellcast just rent those channels/licenses which are therefore broadcast by a UK broadcaster and the same would apply in the case of any other channel/license it may choose to rent. It does not affect their status as a Dutch broadcaster when they choose to exercise it.

If there's one thing we can definitely all agree on it's that Babestation isn't a company. It's a trademark which was originally registered by Game Network, but nowadays is listed as being owned by Cellcast.

The GmbH that owns what we know as "ETV" (at least the TV part, as the site is owned by a "TGE Entertainment" based in the US) is Austrian:

Yes i know Cellcast use the licence of other UK company's to broadcast BS programs from on those channels, i have made various post on this forum over the years saying so. lol

. The licencee of 908 is "Grandiose Limited" and 909 is "Escape channel Limited" .

Also Cellcast the company behind Babestation named programs is not a Dutch broadcaster, it is a UK company not Dutch
