For Alice to do what she does a lot of trust has to have been built up over the years with this or other so-called Mr.P's and I doubt they would hire someone really ugly - most of them noticeably have been black so they are also an equal-opportunities organisation. Anyway it's not about them it's about the girls(Alice) and the last thing you want is his mug coming into shot. Dannii Harwood used to say that her Mr.P's were naked but clearly this was just for fun. Yes Alice goes a bit further than some girls but I should think she has her own boundaries(once on camera I think one man got a bit carried away and you could clearly see/her saying "put it away!" . I also think the dynamic at BS has changed to this MeToo thing - I think it resonated with a lot of people(as was recently demonstrated at S66) and the 'old days' of BS(and I suspect the other channels too) are long gone...but who knows what really goes on behind the camera.
