Andy Coulson

Yesterday he was found guilty of Phone Hacking but the jury has today been discharged after failing to reach a verdict on the two remaining charges against him.
I certainly would expect him to receive a lengthy jail term, but I also believe that this trial has been arguably one of the most expensive.

Ihope that the sentence fits the crimes and wonder how Ms Brooks was acquitted when clearly she knew a lot more about of what was going on the she let on.

Foregone conclusion or what? He mysteriously is as guilty as sun, but Becky Brooks is totally innocent. Well, forgive my scepticism...

There has been widespread astonishment at her acquittal. She must have an extremely good barrister.

I was thinking the exactly the same thing.

The whole trial was a farce to begin with, just an excuse so our politicians could clamp down on the press.

Bit late I know but I 'm certain Rupert Murdoch's News company paid for all the defendants legal costs.
