I feel like a muppet, called Heck earlier...didn't understand a single word she said for about 4 minutes...then she threw the phone on the sofa and tried talking to the director who just told her to pretend there weren't any callers...then he told her to hang up the phone. Well I've certainly learnt my lesson...!
