Its pretty much all but been confirmed that Wally West will be making his appearance in season 2 with the possiblity that Bart Allen could be turn up at some point too.

The Flash's executive producer Andrew Kreisberg has hinted that they maybe taking the Flashpoint storyline from the comics and make adaptation for the tv series.
