BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2013

As usual the nominees will be announced on The One Show tonight. Here's my attempt:

Andy Murray
Chris Froome
Christine Ohuruogu
Carl Froch
Ben Ainslee
Laura Trott
Justin Rose
Ian Bell.
Mo Farah
Tony McCoy

Fancy either Murray, Froome, Farah or McCoy to win the award.

Coral are offering 100-1 on Michael Carberry. Can't quite see that one.
I would take a punt on Ben Ainslie, myself.

If Farah dont win this year after the World Championships he never will!

You know I kinda forgot about Murray winning Wimbledon but with all this talk today of Scottish Independence I got the asshole so still want Farah or just about anybody else to win!

Muzza should win it imo.

Murray should walk it, but given the dodgy choices in recent years, I wouldn't be surprised if it's McCoy.

Didn't McCoy get the award when he finally won the Grand National a couple of years ago
