you will not see it on you phone it's either ipad pc or laptop and you have to have a Vuecall account and credit's to use to pay for the service

You click on the live option. This then shows all the streams. The TV streams and the webcams.
Click on Evelyn perve option. To view the stream you need to be logged in with an account with credits in it.
