Dave Grohl - Reel Stories, BBC2 10.30-11.15, followed by Foo Fighters at Reading 2019. Spot the surprise guest star.

I obviously didn't check the listings closely enough, as there was another Grohl thing after the Reading repeat, which I then missed Sad

I've warmed to the Eagles over the years, I'll be honest.

This was quite good, as you'd expect.

Fleetwood Mac repeats on BBC4 tonight, and Queen on BBC2 tomorrow night.

And the Kerrang channel are marking their 20th anniversary with some flashback sort of stuff. In case you're hankering for some Good Charlotte, Limp Bizkit, Finch etc

SA are pushing a NEW series of the old Classic Albums format. They seem to be running old ones at 8, leading in to the new ones at 9 - The Who Sell Out being the first new one.

So, as well as the Classic Albums strand, last week SA showed a doc on Roy Orbison's last album Mystery Girl, which was a CA in all but name. It seems odd that one of his sons bears more resemblance to their dad than the other two. Anyway, they also repeated the great Black & White Night gig he did around the same time, and here's a track from the album that they did there:
