You understand how ridiculous that distinction is since they are the same company and broadcasting from the same studio. But even if we take your two channel theory - that gives you 28 shifts per week, most girls want 2-3 shifts per week so at most you can employ 10/11 girls (which is roughly how many Babestation employ - Rammy's favourite 6 plus Mica, Georgie, Louise, Daryl, Chelsea and Gracie). How do you propose that they show more variety while at the same time keeping their existing girls happy?

Difficult keeping track of tonight's show, Camilla seems to be the anchor for it all, started on BSXtra until Gracie took over, later on BsLive, also on mic duties & as I type this she's solo on BSBlue......

Earlier Nicole,Olivia & Britney were together on BSBlue, Letesha or Priya or Camilla on BSLive; Gracie stayed on BSXtra, alternating with Camilla or Priya, but finished @2am, when Lacey Lorenzo appeared on BSLive, then BSBlue, (Presumably on Naked BS earlier) & at the moment Britney is on BSLive & Olivia/Letesha on BSXtra.....

Production nightmare...????

Keeping girls happy isn't high on their list of priorities. They do the number of shifts they're given.

Variety is not high on the priority list either - making as much money as possible is though so it is very important to keep your most profitable girls happy.

Have to say felt completely ripped off last night!

Waited patiently to speak to Letesha last night finally got through and within 5 mins with no warning on came old voice over whoever it was and then when the screen came back I had one of the twins on screen!

To be fair to Letesha she had continued to chat during this period but then I was unceremonious switched mid 'Conversarion' to what ever twin it was!

I did not pay my £2 connection fee (joke I connected myself you had little or no additional input) and my £1.50+ a minute to be shunted around and not to converse with the girl of my choice!

Complete lack of respect for you paying clientele and no explanation provided!

Seriously I was!

^^ Yeah, I've had that a couple of times. Once when I'd been on for 16mins and so could only have gone another 3!!
Like 3mins was going to bring their schedule crashing down

Paige, to her credit, finished the call offscreen and left Ella (I think it was) looking like a spare part on the bed, without a phone, and much to the producers annoyance.
It just shows how little, if any, respect the producers have for the callers who keep them in a job.
