How come BS have started doing a combined channel?

Channel 909 on Sky is now BS2 until 01:00am and then Partyland.

This makes no sense at all to me. Are they deliberately trying to commit suicide.

Cleo is now back, so, maybe they're trying to redeem themselves.

you didn't lose any channel to get partyland, we lost it totally, so really its not a choice of sacrificing something else to have kept it. alot of people liked that channel. anyway, this is going off topic, as Hannahspet said, you railroad alot of threads in regards to freeview missing out, blah blah blah.

Hasn't stopped split screen or the lack of BS2 though.

Why is that suicidal? What difference does it make?

Hi guys

I am a Sky viewer but is there any chance that all the channels will be broadcast on Sky and Freeview for the full eight and a half hours? In fact, I'll answer my own question - there isn't a hope in hell of that happening because it is against Cellcast's nature to please everybody!!

It makes a HUGE difference as, aside from very brief snatches on streaming, NOBODY can see BS2 on freeview at all!
