I think that it's good to see us have a close connection with Babestation.
Where would our forum be without their permission to provide caps and vids. And we do use their pics on our forum.
They are crediting our posters when using their comments.
And this is better than the relationship that we have with Xpanded, which is zero use of their content.

I have noticed previous posts, so we have checked and we have not deleted or moved anyone's post recently in this thread.

^I just find it amusing that posts on a forum can be used as a blatant advert for commercial gain. I for one am definitely not for it.... thank you though for confirming something I have suspected & that is that the forums are really under the indirect control of the channels one group in particular.

Maybe you should tell everyone that there posts could be used like this when they join and see how many decide not to. As for the comment re using the content fair enough but if it gives them a benefit they aren't going to do a thing, look at the amount of the girls shows available on a massive number of sites and what do they do nothing!!.

This has always been a place we can have a frank and open discussion and not have out posts used in ads. I will be very careful what / if I post at all anymore.

Anyway rant over but I for one DO NOT give permission for the use of my contributions in this way, not that they would they don't like varied reviews they only STEAL the good bits, unless your saying the owners / mods gave permission for this? and if that is the case make it clear in the rules etc

Babestation don't have to wait, to lift any positive posts from this or any other Forum to use to advertise their business, when the can join a Forum, & post glowing reports themselves, if they wish.

Yes it's always been there - standard wording - in the t&c's but I'd suggest there are very few forums around the net where posters have to be seriously wary of their words being appropriated by the industry they are commenting on for the purpose of direct advertisement.

It may be precious to say that the integrity of what is written here is tainted by this but it is the truth. How long before we see posts gushing forth about an average BS show and there's the suspicion the poster is merely attempting to get quoted by BS or thereby to impress his babes. (It'd be a rubbish attempt for sure, but that's not the point; we know simps will do this.)

Plus if some babes can exert control over their own material (despite the final copyright lying with the channels) why should every poster here simply accept that their words can be re-used wherever - despite the back covering t&c's.

It's a wank forum sure. It's not Tolstoy. But any words are granted strength and validity only by the context of the circumstances in which they are written. This development changes those circumstances and weakens the validity of all that is posted in this thread.

Content posted on thiis forum has been "stolen" and posted on other sites for years, thats just the nature of the internet.
I have noticed lots of videos that myself and Danzig post here have been reposted by another member on their Anon-V page.
I'm not going to moan or kick up a fuss about it, though, it would be nice if he thanked the videos as he was downloading them...
