This isn't correct. Having a deal actually isn't relevant as there was nothing in the brexit deal which referred to broadcasting. The new rules for broadcasting had already been drawn up prior to the deal being agreed and were actually published almost 2 years ago.

Whether Babestation can ultimately continue using their Dutch licence is a rather grey area, and I doubt that Babestation themselves could give you a direct answer right now, but it may depend on whether the Netherlands joins the European Convention on Transfrontier Television.

However for the moment Babestation are free to continue with their Dutch licence because Ofcom specified that there would be a 6 months grace period from the EU exit day to comply with the new regulations. So the Dutch licence remains valid until 30 June at least.

Thanks @Marlowe and apologies my wording was bad. I did mention that in my post, i.e "Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD)". and Yes they are using the 6 months grace period on their license. The "UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code)" for the adult chat services, and the sections I mentioned would only apply on their own if they only held uk licenses. This could all change over the next 6 months as you say depending on the reviews post Brexit etc. Like you say its a very grey area. Thanks again for catching my bad wording :-)

And again last night! Just Sophie and Priya as the two MAIN girls. And we also saw: Ashley Emma! and Lori Buckby! plus Stella Paris, Abby B and Ashlyn Shaw. So more variety and again giving some webgirls the opportunity to shine! I'm really enjoying this "new" thinking by BS!

I would expect it's less trying something new for new's sake, as having something pressed on them and making what they can of it.

To see Layla Rose under different more better lighting than the usual dull studio for her webshows is a great sight to see tonight.

But no doubt Layla probably won't stay on the TV channel long i bet until shes back on them damn webshows.
