If the service is dubious, e.g. is Mr P really pushing some button or if it's really giving the babe a buzz, then yes it could be fleecing. Not something BS would ever do of course lol

Oh ffs take a look at yourself. Near every service in the world could be called optional. If the way that service is sold is not based on the reality of the situation then it can be rightly called a fleece. Whether this is the case here is open to debate, and therefore opinion, and so GM has every right to raise it.

Try posting with a little more consideration for others thought processes.
