As you say, the facts you reiterate have long been established on here. I was in no way trying to reinvent the wheel. I was suggesting that an additional way to 'swap-out' babes entirely might be efficacious. But on reflection I agree the practicalities of trying to maintain a happy workforce would make it nigh on impossible...

It's always the last minute additions to my posts that give me the most trouble! ;)

Actually on FV there were no graphics at all SO no phone numbers shown! What a shambles again!

It does indeed seem to be a bit chilly in the LS studios of late:

I don't doubt that they're losing customers. Especially when they have producer's & crew who just mess around and act foolish during work hours ,possibly drinking as well .

As far as stations go this one isn't even ranked any more imo !
