The complaint doesn't appear to have been about the level of filth on view. More likely it was someone claiming to have been misled.

The Ofcom investigation was put in the category "Participation TV-Harm" .
I have no idea what the complaint was about, but the category it was in doesn't seem to indicate they were investigating someone being misled .

Was it someone complaining that they were confused or misled by the Dannii Harwood catch up broadcasts?

Morning all. I have a question. I know that the dreaded pervcam is taking over the shows unfortunately BUT I'm just wondering how Babestation stand when like last night Ashley on Babenation at 10.30ish had her pants off (for pervcam) and although we didn't see her full screen naked it was obvious from bumshots (LOVELY!) that she was fully naked WELL BEFORE 11.00! I would have thought that naked was naked whatever or is there a loophole that BS are exploiting!? Thanks.

I would love to exploit Ashley Emma's loophole.

Would Ofcom put such a complaint in their Participation TV "Harm" category, like this complaint was ? .

Also the incident took place on Meet The Babes on the 28/10.2016, i have a full recording from midnight to 5.30 am on that date and no Dannni Harwood catch up was broadcast, although one could have been broadcast i suppose the following evening on this date before 12am, , i have no recording of what was shown before midnight on that show on that date .

Any idea why they are keeping tops on til after 22.15 but other channels are doing the usual times? Another babestation made rule , they are so compliant it's boring !
When did they last do anything risky, all of their girls self censor and the ones that don't get very few shifts meanimg were stuck with Lori, Maddie, Preeti! Ashley, Dannii, priya and Beth most nights
